Return Policy
If the product(s) arrive defective, damaged or incorrect (what you received is not what you ordered), please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order. Please take note of the following rules:
◦Product(s) that was used or installed cannot be returned
◦All returns must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition
◦All product(s) must be returned with a valid RMA#
Return Procedure
Please contact us and provide the following details:
◦Your full name
◦Order number
◦Item number
◦Product name
◦Return reason
◦Detailed description on the problem
◦Photos of damaged/ defective product or box
The Return Authorization Number (RMA#) will be emailed to you along with instructions on how to return your item within 1-3 business days.
Please then ship the defective/ damaged/ incorrect item to us by registered air parcel and email us the tracking number along with the ship date.
Replacement/ Refund
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you replacement by registered air parcel (transit time is around 7-14 business days) and notify you the tracking number via email.
If we are not able to send out the replacement within 14 business days (product is out of stock), you will be issued a refund of the sum of original product price, original shipping cost and returned shipping cost paid by you when we receive your return. The process of refund takes around 7 business days.
